A hearty grain bowl layered with chickpeas, lentils, and the comforting flavors of Geeta’s Chickpea & Lentil Dal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ avocado
  • Garnish: lemon & chopped cilantro
  • 1 pouch Geeta’s Chickpea & Lentil Dal

Instructions

  1. Cook the grain or rice.
  2. Add grains and veggies to a bowl.
  3. Heat up Geeta’s Chickpea & Lentil Dal and mix well.
  4. Add to the grain bowl.
  5. Garnish with lemon and chopped cilantro.
