Warm pita pockets filled with chickpeas and Geeta’s Spinach & Golden Potato Masala, finished with crisp lettuce and a yogurt drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads
  • ⅓ cup chickpeas
  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce
  • Garnish: yogurt drizzle
  • 1 pouch Geeta’s Spinach & Golden Potato Masala

Instructions

  • Warm up the pitas in a pan and cut in half.
  • Heat up Geeta’s Spinach & Golden Potato Masala and mix well.
  • Stuff the pita pockets with the mix and chickpeas.
  • Top with lettuce and drizzle yogurt.
